Welcome! My name is Seph, and I’m a kaleidoscopic creator focused on liberation, justice, and joy. My formal training spans counseling psychology, education, medicine and energy healing, neuroscience, physics, history, sociology, politics, organizations, and facilitation. I’m also fine arts trained, a dancer, and a former musician and athlete. I have a multitude of interests, desires, challenges, and strengths, just like you.

I use these facets of myself to develop resources, programs, art, and spaces that allow people to explore, question, imagine, celebrate, grieve, and create - whatever materializes in the places between being and becoming - because we all have the capacity to dream new worlds into reality, starting with the one inside us. I support others in learning how to do this for and with themselves because everyone has their own innate, necessary perspective. There’s space for us all in The Constellation.

Currently, I am stabilizing my life so that I can formalize the Stellar Support Space, a creative coaching practice. In the future, I want to establish an independent Multimedia Publishing School & Press to keep and tell the stories that most need amplification and illumination. I also have a Patreon, which supports my life and creative projects, including stabilization after a sudden illness and loss of resources, community, and well-being.
